For domestic orders within France, we offer the following shipping options:

  1. Free Standard Shipping:

    • Orders over 100 euros and weighing below 30kg qualify for free standard shipping within metropolitan France.
    • Delivery times vary depending on the destination within France.
    • Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse located in Beauvais.
    • Delivery times and transportation costs are calculated based on this origin.
    • Any delay in delivery cannot result in either order cancellation or payment of damages by us.

  2. Express Shipping Options:

    • Chronopost (24-hour delivery):
      • Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for Chronopost express shipping.
      • Your package will be delivered the next working day before 6 PM.
      • Additional shipping charges may apply for Chronopost express shipping.
    • Colissimo (48-hour delivery):
      • Orders are delivered within 48 working hours following dispatch via Colissimo.
      • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within France.
    • Mondial Relay (6-day delivery):
      • Orders are delivered within 6 working days following dispatch via Mondial Relay.
      • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within France.

  3. INTERNATIONAL : Ex Works (EXW) or Door-to-Door:

    • Overseas orders can be shipped either Ex Works (EXW) or door-to-door.
    • With EXW terms, the buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping, including arranging pickup, transportation, export clearance, and import duties and taxes.
    • Door-to-door shipping includes delivery directly to the buyer's specified address.
    • Once the goods are made available for pickup or delivered, the buyer takes full responsibility for the shipment.
    • Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.
    • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all import regulations and to cover any associated costs, including customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
